This is how it works.

Carefree renting out your home and achieving maximum return, that's what we aim for. Koops Makelaardij works according to a proven method to keep vacancy to a minimum and to select the right tenant for your house. The process includes the following steps:

Step 1

The first step is a no-obligation appointment with the property you want to rent out. In this way we can give you tailor-made advice about the rental price, delivery of the property and which type of contract is most suitable for your situation. We explain the entire rental process and of course also answer all your questions.

If it is not possible to visit the property or if you need more advice about the purchase of an investment property, you are welcome at our office in the center of Haarlem.

Step 2

The next step is to take pictures. Our in-house real estate photographer will visit the property to capture it and make a beautiful presentation of your home. The advertisement is then placed online with photos and text. Among other things on our own website and Pararius, the largest platform for rental properties.

Now the search for a suitable tenant starts. We will visit your property with potential tenants, with whom we have already had a short conversation prior to the viewing. Here we go through the conditions for renting the house with them and ask about their situation in terms of family composition and financial situation. So we will only look with candidates who could be a good match.

Step 3

The viewing has been, from now on the screening and selecting the new tenant begins. We ask people who are actually interested after seeing the property to send documentation, such as an employment contract, payslips, copy of passport / ID card or in the case of their own company Chamber of Commerce extract and annual figures. We do an extensive documentation and financial check before we introduce the candidates to you. You always choose the candidate with whom you have the best feeling and who you find most suitable for your home.

We then draw up the rental agreement, arrange the first payments and schedule a key transfer with the tenant (s). With this key transfer, we also provide an extensive digital report with photos to map the condition of the house. When the tenant leaves, we also take care of the check out and we check whether the house has been delivered in good condition by the tenant. In short, we take care of the entire rental process for you!
